Just managed to find a complete copy of the Musical Mayhem sketch on Youtube. The cancan scene begins around 6.15: blink and you'll miss it, but well worth the effort. As mentioned in an earlier posting, The Benny Hill Show is fondly remembered for its risque humor and scantily-clad mademoiselles.
